The price of a tiny house varies depending on the trailer length, style, and upgrades. Typically, base models start in the $60,000’s, and after upgrades, an average home is around $85,000.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE BUILD TIME FOR A TINY HOUSE?

From the time we receive the deposit, it usually takes around six to eight weeks to complete the design, select options and upgrades, construct, and deliver your tiny house.
