The idea behind Tiny Tranquility is to offer a secure, cozy, and communal living space for tiny home and vintage trailer owners on a picturesque stretch of the Oregon Coast. For those who are not yet ready to own a tiny home, we also provide a variety of tiny homes and vintage trailers for nightly rental.

The park features 43 sites, ranging from approximately 2,500 to 4,000 square feet, with full hookups for water, power, sewer, and free Wi-Fi. In addition, Tiny Tranquility offers a selection of stunning tiny homes and vintage trailers for nightly rental, and its amenities are designed to support tiny home living and community, setting it apart from other parks on the Oregon coast.

Located between Waldport and Yachats, Tiny Tranquility is a short drive away from Newport’s big-town amenities, while also being a gateway to Alsea Bay’s amazing crabbing and Alsea River’s salmon/steelhead fishing. The area is a natural wonder, with beautiful coastline and a variety of natural features for exploration.

For those looking to rent, Tiny Tranquility offers aesthetically beautiful tiny homes and vintage trailers that have everything needed for a relaxing stay, including comfortable seating, a full kitchenette, a bar area for eating or working, sleeping areas with high-quality bedding, and a full bathroom with a shower and toilet. Some trailers even have a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
