Our mission is to provide affordable, durable, and sustainable tiny houses crafted with quality materials, while finding creative and efficient solutions to meet our client’s unique needs. We are committed to designing and building beautiful finished products that our clients can take pride in.

Tiny SMART House is a custom tiny house builder located in Albany, Oregon. What sets us apart is our focus on Sustainable construction, Modern efficiency, Affordable luxury, and the ability to build Residential, RV, or commercial tiny houses that are towable anywhere. We are fully licensed and certified to build RV travel trailers, park models, residential homes, prefabricated homes, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs), offering flexibility to our clients in how they choose to go tiny. In addition to fully finished tiny houses, we also provide services such as plans alone, design services, construction documents, or partially finished homes like shells. ORIGIN

Nathan Light Watson, the founder and current sole owner, President, and CEO of Tiny SMART House, has always had a different perspective on living spaces. After witnessing the trend of super-sized homes and realizing it didn’t align with his values, Nathan decided to pursue his passion for helping others live happily, responsibly, and debt-free. Inspired by the tiny house movement, Tiny SMART House was founded in 2012, and we are excited to see what the future holds for our company after our busiest winter yet!

PRODUCTION FACILITY

Our production facilities consist of three buildings, including a 5,000-square-foot warehouse on a 20,000-square-foot lot. This versatile space allows us to build tiny houses year-round, regardless of the weather in Oregon. Our main shop and metal shop are the other two buildings where our skilled welders construct custom trailers, which you can learn more about here!
