Tiny House Community Development

The goal of Tiny Home Community Coalition is to collaborate with a variety of individuals and organizations to develop tiny home communities that help to reduce homelessness. Our objective is to promote positive community engagement and provide a welcoming and educational environment for those experiencing homelessness.

As a nonprofit organization, Tiny Home Community Coalition is dedicated to creating tiny home communities in North Carolina, each consisting of 3-10 units on individual lots. We will lease these tiny homes to residents based on their income and current situation, working closely with local nonprofit housing organizations to ensure that potential residents are qualified.

Our ultimate aim is to offer secure, long-term, and affordable housing to those experiencing homelessness. We are currently working on developing tiny home communities in Greensboro, High Point, and Winston Salem. So far, we have successfully constructed one community with six tiny homes that are already occupied.
