Our models feature robust construction, incorporating 2 x 8 steel floor joists with 5 inches of spray foam insulation, and a durable 3/4 inch Sturdi-Floor plywood subfloor, all spaced on 16-inch centers.

For the walls, we utilize 3 5/8 inch metal studs with 3 inches of spray foam insulation. The roofing consists of 26-gauge metal, complemented by 5 inches of spray foam insulation. Our windows are available in either white vinyl or black aluminum, equipped with a thermal break for optimal energy efficiency.
