We take pride in building the most durable, stunning, comfortable, and safe tiny homes in the entire world.

Our journey has been filled with challenges and mistakes, and we’ve learned valuable lessons along the way. Passion alone doesn’t guarantee success in business. There were moments when we could have thrown in the towel, but we persevered, and today, we’ve been featured on HGTV, the DIY Network, FOX, NBC, and the Today Show. What used to be a struggle to sell one home has now turned into building over a dozen homes in the first quarter of 2018. We are grateful for the support of our families, friends, the tiny house movement, and especially our early customers who kept us going. Thank you for being part of our journey and believing in us.

We chose the name “Modern Tiny Living” for two reasons. Firstly, we aimed to create the most modern, beautiful, safe, livable, and roadworthy Tiny Homes available today. Secondly, we believe that tiny homes represent a modern way of living. We believe that experiences drive joy and passion in life, and living tiny empowers people to travel, prioritize their loved ones, and live life on their own terms.
