The Marion Ohio Pastors and Ministers Conference established the Hands of Hope Housing Project of Marion Ohio to address the city’s homelessness crisis. The Conference is a non-denominational organization committed to promoting community service, Christian education, Christian fellowship, and the empowerment of the people of God.
The Hands of Hope Housing Project’s objective is to create transitional housing and provide wrap-around services to foster self-sufficiency among homeless individuals. With Marion facing a homelessness crisis, the Conference aims to collaborate with the community to help those in need. Bishop Gregory Draper of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church serves as President, Bishop Corredon Rogers of New Hope Baptist Church serves as Vice-President, and Superintendent Michael J Wade of True Faith Church of God in Christ serves as 2nd Vice-President.
