Hope Valley Resort

Hope Valley Resort is a community of tiny homes located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. The resort offers a luxurious and refined living experience for those looking to downsize from their current living situation. Our tiny homes, also known as park model homes, are available in a variety of floor plans for purchase. The homes are owner-occupied, and tenants lease the site.

The community was established in 2015, and we have since welcomed residents from diverse backgrounds to our gated community. Hope Valley Resort is a family-owned and operated resort that strives to create a comfortable, affordable, and sustainable living community for our residents.

Our community amenities include a community center/lodge equipped with an exercise facility, covered hot tub, swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, walking trails, a dog park, a community garden, and a small fishing lake stocked annually with fish. We are continuously developing additional amenities at the foot of the beautiful Hope Valley Butte.
