Located at Monroe Harbour Marina in the beautiful Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida, just a 20-minute drive North of Orlando, lies the renowned floating house named ‘Downtown Dharma’. The Tiny Houseboat was famously built on Season 4, Episode 12 of HGTV’s Tiny House Hunters TV show.

This incredible floating house boasts over 500 square feet, including a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and even a chill space with an extra couch for a small person. The porch offers a perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings.
