Orlando Lakefront at College Park is a thriving tiny house community (THC) that breathes new life into a revitalized RV park from the 1950s, extending a warm welcome to tiny housers to legally park and embrace the tiny life. We provide a solution to the common challenge of finding a legal parking spot for your tiny house on wheels. At Orlando Lakefront, you can park your tiny house among like-minded neighbors and enjoy full hook-ups to park utilities.

In line with the ethos of the tiny house social movement, Orlando Lakefront is a grassroots endeavor, growing organically to create a thriving community from the ground up. Currently, we have 32 Tiny Houses On Wheels (THOWs) and 2 tiny houses on foundations, totaling 34 tiny houses – and the community keeps growing! THers (tiny housers) are encouraged to join our THC and contribute to building a close-knit community as we embrace the tiny lifestyle.

Adam, the owner of the RV park, and the tiny housers share a belief in the moral growth of a tiny house community. Rather than asking our wonderful RV neighbors to leave or imposing exorbitant lot lease increases, we choose to grow our community organically. As RVs depart, we offer available lots to tiny housers who wish to legally park, live by the picturesque lake, and take advantage of the nearby urban amenities. Our tiny house community model is both sustainable and ethical.

Orlando Lakefront at College Park offers 50 lease spaces, ranging from shaded to sunlit, with some just steps away from the lake. You can bring your boats, paddleboards, and kayaks to enjoy Lake Fairview. The park is conveniently located only seven minutes from downtown Orlando and a short 20-minute drive from the popular attractions and theme parks. You can relish the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options in the nearby College Park neighborhood and then unwind in our peaceful lakefront community.

Amenities at Orlando Lakefront include a boat dock, fishing docks, a laundromat, a community garden, and a green park right on the lakefront for your tiny house pets! Our lot leases are competitively priced, ranging from $350 to $650 per month, depending on the location in the park. While residents typically enjoy longer stays in the community, we also offer flexible nightly and weekly rates for THers who are constantly on the move. After all, we’re all about living life on wheels!
