Empire Tiny Homes undergo a rigorous inspection process by Civil and Electrical engineers to ensure compliance with the state of Tennessee regulations. This certification exempts the house from local codes department inspections. After working with multiple engineers and architects for two years, we finally received approval from the state to legally put our Tiny Homes on foundations in Tennessee. We offer a lease purchase agreement rent-to-own option for financing all of our buildings, including Tiny Homes and storage buildings, with a down payment of 20-25% upfront and the first month’s payment due upon building arrival. Our financing options include no credit check, flexible terms of 36, 48, 60, and 72 months, and no credit reporting. Everyone is approved.
