We have been involved in the creation of some of the world’s most renowned structures, the development and market introduction of cutting-edge technological products, and the management of manufacturing operations worldwide.

Additionally, our founders are a close-knit family. During the construction of a tiny home for our own use, we recognized that our diverse backgrounds and expertise could be harnessed to produce top-quality tiny homes at competitive prices. Given the shortage of three million homes in our nation, we believe that anyone capable of addressing this crisis has a duty to do so. Clever Tiny Homes is committed to tackling this challenge.

OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY

All of our compact residences are meticulously crafted in-house at our 55,000-square-foot facility, located 1.5 hours to the south of San Diego in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. While our business is headquartered in California, our finished homes are shipped from San Diego.

We place great emphasis on the careful selection of materials and components, prioritizing quality, longevity, and sustainability. The majority of the components used in our homes are sourced from the United States. Our custom-designed trailers are produced by McArron Manufacturing in Clovis, CA. Our materials include James Hardie siding, Sheffield Metal roofs, American Standard toilets, OSI Sealing products, Rockwool insulation, Sherwin Williams paints, and sustainably certified lumber.

Our supplier relationships and factory are structured for large-scale production. By procuring materials in bulk and employing assembly line techniques, we are able to offer homes of unparalleled quality at a fraction of the cost.

We meticulously adhere to all pertinent building codes and government regulations. Our homes are subject to inspections by NOAH Certified according to the ANSI 119.5 and NOAH+ standards. We are a registered RV dealer in the state of California, allowing us to legally sell our products throughout North America. Our Ensenada facility is registered under IMMEX and operates in accordance with the USMCA. We provide above-market wages to all our employees and extend a highly sought-after benefits package.
