California Tiny House, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business, with 8 members of the Mosley Family actively involved. Each family member brings their unique skills to the table, contributing to the success of our business as one of the leading Tiny House Builders in the nation. Our doors opened in Fresno, CA in 2014, and since then, we have constructed over 100 Tiny Homes. As a one-stop-shop for custom homes, we handle every aspect of design and construction in-house, ensuring a hands-on approach at every step of the process. We prioritize honesty and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their experience with tiny house living is nothing short of amazing, from the initial design phase to many years later.

At California Tiny House, Inc., we are also at the forefront of advocating for tiny house legalization and legislature. We have been actively involved in groundbreaking tiny house bills, and we continue to work towards the advancement of tiny house construction as an educational tool within schools. Through partnerships with CTE and ROP programs across the state of California, we have brought Tiny House curriculum to numerous high schools, with plans for expansion each year. We believe that tiny houses are a perfect solution to revive and rejuvenate these programs that have been dwindling.
