Wheelhaus offers affordable yet luxurious modular homes that are delivered to your property. Our Wheelhaus homes are turn-key ready and can be easily moved to another location if needed. Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, such as hurricane winds and heavy snow loads, Wheelhaus homes can be placed virtually anywhere. With high R value insulation, our homes are incredibly energy efficient, reducing our impact on the environment.

Wheelhaus homes are designed to maximize space and provide a sense of size and openness, even on a smaller footprint. High ceilings, oversized windows, and eight-foot doors featured in all our models make the homes feel larger and brighter. We believe that less is more, with minimal building materials, square footage, and waste. Our homes are crafted with high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and design.

With multiple entry points, Wheelhaus homes can be installed on almost any site configuration, and adding an outdoor deck can double your indoor/outdoor living space, providing ample space for entertainment and barbecues.

One of our unique advantages is our ability to build in a climate-controlled environment, order materials in large quantities, minimize waste, and work year-round without interruptions. This allows us to provide a superior cost per square foot compared to on-site construction. With our 50-acre site, we have the flexibility to store units if needed and plan efficiently for delivery to larger developments.

DESIGN

Our cabins are designed to offer a perfect blend of rustic and modern aesthetics. The “Wedge” design features an angled roof that starts low above the bedroom and builds up to 17 feet in the living room. Trapezoidal windows allow for natural light while maintaining privacy. The front of the cabin is mostly glass, with a large sliding glass door that opens to a private deck.

Each cabin includes one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/living room, and a private deck. The ceilings and exterior sides are covered with rustic cedar siding, stained with a barnwood patina color.

The bedrooms are spacious enough to fit a king-size bed with side tables and linen lamp-style sconces. There is also a set of drawers and an under-counter hanging closet that supports a butcher-block countertop, which can also serve as a desk. A 42-inch internet-accessible HD flat-screen television is mounted above the desk, and track lighting is available for properly lighting artwork.

The kitchen/living room is designed to offer both comfort and functionality. The mini-kitchen features a two-burner cooktop, an under-counter refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a sink, concrete countertops, and modern rustic cabinetry. The living room is furnished with a large bomber leather sofa, two cowhide ottomans, two barnwood side tables, custom-made wrought iron lamps, and railroad cart coffee tables. A mini-high efficiency gas-burning fireplace warms the room, and above the fireplace is another 42-inch HD flat-screen television.

Our bathrooms are also small but functional, with heavy-duty glass showers, Kohler toilets, and custom vanities with concrete countertops/sinks and quartzite floors, creating well-appointed facilities.
