Melissa and Jon Block, siblings with extensive experience in property management and event production, founded Tiny House Block. Their vision is to connect individuals with nature, minimalist values, and genuine community in the 21st century.

Whether it’s a short one-day break from hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, a permanent residence, a second home, or a vacation getaway, our community has something to offer. Rent a Tiny House!

We offer both short-term rentals (with a minimum stay of 1 night) and long-term rentals (with easy month-to-month options). Our guests love the opportunity to immerse themselves in hiking and nature, experience the freedom from urban constraints, embrace minimalist living, and foster meaningful connections within the community.

On our 3.5-acre property, you can enjoy nature and have convenient access to various hiking and walking trails. Our on-site restaurant, Pine House Cafe and Tavern, is your friendly neighbor, serving a wide range of items including burgers, fries, salads, beer, wine, and cocktails.

Park Your Tiny House at Tiny House Block!

If you already own a tiny house, you know how challenging it can be to find a legal parking spot. And even if you do find one, it’s unlikely to be part of a mountain community with an on-site restaurant. At Tiny House Block, you can park your tiny house for just $750 per month, which includes water, sewage, and trash. Utilities are charged separately and average around $50 per month.
