As a center for education and support for tiny house enthusiasts, we offer training seminars, workshops, and a variety of other events. Our Services

Building & Construction Management

As licensed general contractors and experts in tiny homes, our goal is to bring your vision to life. At Tiny Home Connection, we can build structures up to 1,500 sq ft, understanding that going tiny means something different to everyone. From initial conversations to turnkey delivery, our team will assist you throughout the entire process. Our construction practices are versatile and flexible, allowing us to build on foundations or trailers. Whether it’s a model or custom build, we always use high-quality products and materials to ensure your satisfaction.

Planning & Design

Our design team will work directly with you to bring your “tiny dreams” to life! After gathering essential information, understanding your wants and needs, and establishing a budget and timeline, we will provide you with a functional design concept. This includes floor plans, 3D renderings, and elevations of your future project.

Zoning Analysis

We conduct thorough research and due diligence to determine the zoning requirements for your current or prospective property, including approved uses, building constraints, and requirements.

DIY & CIY Services

“The Yard” is our on-site space where you can build your own personal tiny home. Our DIY community features a variety of tiny homes on wheels, skoolies, shipping containers, and more. We offer easy month-to-month lease terms, on-site storage, electricity for your space, and a fenced yard. As a bonus, each month our tiny home expert, “Tiny Ryan” as seen on HGTV, will provide 1 hour of free professional consultation.

Community Development

As professionals and industry experts in the tiny home movement, it’s important for us to work directly with local cities and counties. We provide insight and education to create solutions for current and future homeowners. Additionally, our team is actively working on developing a new concept for a tiny home community.
