Tiny Hamptons LLC, located in Southampton, New York, is a family-owned and operated business led by Mark and Jessica Dunkirk. Their specialty lies in the art of designing and constructing custom tiny houses that are tailored to the unique needs and desires of their clients. These tiny houses have been utilized for a wide array of purposes, ranging from full-time living spaces to pool houses, sheds, clubhouses for kids, and even mobile businesses. If you can imagine it, they can bring it to life together!

Mark and Jessica both hail from the East End of Long Island and share a deep passion for creating functional and beautiful spaces. Together, they bring out the best in each other while designing and building their tiny home projects. With many years of experience in the design and construction industry in the Hamptons, they have now focused their attention on building and designing tiny houses since the beginning of 2016. They are thrilled to introduce the tiny house movement to Long Island, NY, and are eager to continue crafting unique and inspiring tiny homes for their clients.
