The Sanctuary Minnesota

The Sanctuary Minnesota, an 80-acre wooded property owned by Bill and Brenda Campbell, offers a private retreat from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. Embracing a simpler way of life, Bill and Brenda’s vision came to life with the inception of the Tiny House Village project in 2015. The Village provides spaces for privately owned tiny houses as well as tiny houses owned by The Sanctuary that are available for rent. For more information, please refer to the VILLAGE page.

The Sanctuary has been a host for various events that align with Bill and Brenda’s holistic approach to life, including workshops on tiny houses, yoga, breath work, and personal development. The “Lodge”, which was completed in 2014, serves as the venue for Sanctuary coordinated events. Future plans include hosting events such as yoga retreats, writing retreats, photography events, and birding weekends. Details can be found on the EVENTS page.

To preserve the serenity of the property and maintain a balance with nature, The Sanctuary Minnesota is an adult-only community. The Village will consist of approximately 4 spaces for parking tiny houses and 1 permanent tiny house, along with common areas and access to amenities in the main house. Village spaces can be rented for $350-$450 per month (subject to change without notice) with a minimum lease of 6 months. In addition to the Village, temporary parking spaces and tiny houses may also be available for rent outside the village area.
