Our current basic costs are between the mid $80,000s to approximately $107,000. This price is for our homes’ foundation model, and you can contact us for pricing on upgrades, delivery, set-up, tax, and RVIA certification. Your final contract price will be determined by several factors, including the model you select.

Stone Canyon Cabins of Columbia is currently set up for retail financing with 21st Mortgage, a significant player in the lending sector for manufactured homes. They offer a specialized program for our category, which is Park Model RVs, and they presently provide up to 90% financing and a 30-year term for qualified buyers.
