You’ll work directly with our in-house designer to bring your vision to life, with no third-party involvement. Once your design is finalized, our in-house engineer, certified in all 50 states, will create stamped plans that meet city and state codes.

Throughout the process, you’ll stay in close communication with our team, receiving regular updates and even having the option to visit our warehouse.

Our Story

During the Covid pandemic, a series of events changed the course of our lives. We used to run a spray foam insulation business, but rising material costs and competition made it tough to keep up. Around that time, a competitor approached us with an offer to buy our company. Meanwhile, our eldest daughter, Rebekah, developed a passion for the Tiny Home movement and, with her entrepreneurial spirit, proposed starting a tiny home business.

It felt like everything was aligning, so we sold the spray foam company and founded Ark. Since then, we’ve committed to continuous improvement for ourselves, our business, and everyone who joins us on this journey. We’re thankful for the support of our other children—Sapphira, Zachariah, and Lazarus—as we build this company together.
