Determine the compatibility of tiny home living with your lifestyle. Tiny homes necessitate a designated parking space equipped with adequate access to electrical and plumbing utilities. Consult with your local zoning department or consider an RV park for suitable placement.

Upon securing a space for your Tiny Home, the next pivotal step is figuring out the financial aspect to transform your vision into reality. Our Tiny Homes typically fall within the range of $50,000 to $90,000 (for a more accurate estimate, fill out this form). Financing options are available for Tiny Homes certified by PMRV or RVIA if needed. However, since each Tiny Home we craft is customized, the design process must precede access to these financing alternatives. Please be aware that our assistance during these stages is limited due to the high volume of inquiries.

For a fee of $550, you can kickstart the design process for your unique Tiny Home, with this amount applied to your build should you decide to proceed with us. Additionally, these detailed plans are crucial for securing financing and advancing through the construction process.

Upon finalizing the plans, we will commence the construction and deliver your Tiny Home. Our delivery services cover the entire continental US, and our inclusive owner-centric processes ensure you stay informed at every stage of the build, making you feel actively involved throughout the entire process.
