This community was established in response to the needs of the youth we were already supporting, many of whom are experiencing homelessness.

We offer stable housing for young people transitioning into adulthood who find themselves living independently without parental supervision.

Some have been displaced for various reasons beyond their control, such as parental incarceration, the death of a parent, or parents moving out of state, among others.

Each Tiny Home includes a bed, a small kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom, providing a comfortable, manageable living space.

Our mission goes beyond simply providing housing. We aim to foster a sense of community, encouraging social connections among individuals with shared experiences, helping to build strong neighbors and capable citizens.

Through Pivot, we offer youth the chance to develop essential life skills required to maintain a household—skills that many take for granted but these young people often lack.

These include basic tasks such as cooking, doing laundry, problem-solving, budgeting, communication skills, and even driver’s education.
