Path to Peace and Tiny House Village

Founded in 2012, we are proud to be Tennessee’s pioneer Tiny House Village. Our 26.27-acre property offers an abundance of nature and recreational activities, including hiking trails, concerts, yoga sessions, card games, and more. You can choose from a variety of private wooded lots with scenic mountain views to suit your needs.

We currently have lots available starting at $300 per month, and for a limited time, you can enjoy your first month for free until April 1st. Join your neighbors for coffee at the party house or spend the day in your own peaceful retreat.

Our vision includes 24 stationary Tiny Houses, 20 Tiny Houses on wheels, 3 tree houses, a wedding and meeting hall, a party house, a summer kitchen, a meditation garden, a barn, a chicken coop, a power and rain collection pole barn, an artist studio, a campground, a bunkhouse, and a fishing pond. Our playground area features a tree house, a teepee, and a playhouse.

We are committed to preserving natural areas for hiking and nature trails. Our property will also feature a treetop observation deck for watching wildlife during the day and stargazing at night. You can rent our treehouse over the stream for a truly unique experience.

Our permaculture installation features a food forest, an orchard, a food garden, a fish and red tail prawn aquaculture, a greenhouse, a barn, and a chicken and bunny island. We aim to provide a serene environment for our guests, featuring music, food, and creative activities that promote meditation, yoga, and other spiritual practices. You can participate in classes, parties, entertainment, and group discussions. Whether you stay for an hour, a month, or a year, you will leave with a refreshed mindset and new ideas to bring peace to your daily life.
