Lil Bear Tiny Homes

We are a company that specializes in crafting custom tiny homes on wheels that range from 12-30 feet in length. Despite their size, our tiny homes are surprisingly spacious and feel like your own personal vacation resort. We strive to build dream homes for our customers that are tiny but not just “tiny houses.”

Our company founder, Mark White, is an award-winning landscape designer with expertise in outdoor living areas and building custom log and timber-frame homes. He is passionate about living simply in harmony with nature, and believes that tiny homes are a great way to bring people closer to nature, each other, and God.

We have recently acquired 80 acres of land in a rural area of Ogemaw County, Michigan, bordering the Huron National Forest. This area is abundant with recreational activities, including Michigan ATV/snowmobile trails, water sports and fishing lakes, kayaking rivers, hunting, camping, nature trails, national forests, and state parks with beaches.

In addition to custom tiny homes, we also build small log cabins that can be delivered like portable sheds. We are currently in the planning stages of creating vacation rental/model tiny homes, log cabins, and a treehouse so that others can experience the beauty of our new location and join us in our passion for tiny living and nature.
