We are a couple operating on Eastern Long Island with the aim of providing budget-friendly, sophisticated, and eco-friendly Tiny Homes & THOWs (Tiny Homes On Wheels) all over North America. We possess more than 30 years of combined experience in building residences, woodworking, and interior design.

We understand that harsh climates are an inevitable part of tiny house living. Therefore, we construct all our tiny homes with robust materials without compromising on comfort and elegance. Our tiny homes are genuinely one-of-a-kind and luxurious, utilizing aviation metals and certified renewable resources. CUSTOMIZATION

We tailor our construction to the specific requirements of our clients while adhering to our strict standards of high-quality materials, environmentally friendly products, and certified renewable resources. We are not a mass-producing factory; each Tiny Home and THOWs (Tiny House On Wheels) is exclusively planned and designed with the client’s active participation at every stage. We are elated that each house we create is unique and different. Our top priority is delivering safe, stunning, and customized Tiny Homes that our clients will cherish for years to come. Our goal is to provide luxury tiny homes that are durable, affordable, and functional.

CONSTRUCTION

Our process starts with an idea and a dream. We transform this vision into a plan by identifying important features that will ensure your tiny home is perfectly suited to your needs. This is a crucial step because all subsequent decisions will be based on these initial choices. Although this can be an overwhelming process for our clients, we make it easy for them. Once the key features are determined, we move on to building a floor plan.

BUILDING

The building phase marks the beginning of your journey towards owning a tiny home. We keep you informed and involved in the process at every stage. We create a photo story so you can see your tiny home being built in detail and share it with your loved ones or for memories. You are always welcome to visit us in person and see the progress for yourself. We use aircraft-grade metal, thermal wrapping, and high-quality, fire-resistant, and renewable wood to build each tiny home. Each tiny home is built to comply with the legal towing size limit of 8’5″ wide x 13′ high. However, some New York overpasses may be shorter, so if you plan to pass through the city, the maximum height will be 11′ high. The weight of the homes ranges from 9,000 to 20,000 pounds, depending on their length and the materials used.

INTERIORS

The final stage of the process is the interiors and finishes. This is where you can make your tiny house feel like a true home. From paint colors to fabrics and from contemporary to farmhouse style, we will create a beautiful, inviting, and functional home that reflects your preferences. We are excited to share this experience with you and to read all about your adventures while living debt-free! The entire process usually takes about four months, depending on the client’s specifications.
