We are Dave and Chris Gallo, who relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2005 to create a better life for our family. Dave has had a successful 25-year career in corporate America, while Chris dedicated her time to being a homeschooling mom and volunteering for various organizations.

Our shared vision is to build something greater than ourselves, and we are thrilled to offer affordable and tranquil living spaces that enhance our residents’ lifestyles with freedom and flexibility.

As high school sweethearts, we have been happily married for over 25 years and have raised our three children with values such as character, integrity, and trust, which we also bring to our business and interactions with customers.

We believe that responsibility, respect, and individuality go hand-in-hand. We understand the complexities of family dynamics and how to foster unity while being open-minded and considerate of individual needs. Located in Rogers, Eagle Homes on Olive is a community with 26 lots that are designed based on the growing popularity of tiny homes.

All our tiny homes are of high quality and can be fully customized to match your unique preferences and lifestyle. Each tiny home comes fully furnished with standard appliances, including a refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Our community is exclusively for individuals aged 55 or older. The price range to purchase a home starts from $40,000. Units are available for various uses, including permanent housing, vacation homes, hunting/fishing cabins, in-law living, and more.
