Cool Tiny Homes

We aim to design and construct the perfect tiny home that fits your needs. In our construction process, we use up to 20% of reclaimed materials sourced from Rochester Salvage & Supply, while also providing an apprenticeship program to help develop new recruits in the construction industry. Our team consistently puts in great effort and hard work on a daily basis.

Our Cool Tiny Hunter Homes are ideal for Michigan hunters, offering a sturdy and resilient shelter that can be easily hooked up to your vehicle for convenience. Our tiny homes provide an abundance of amenities for your peace of mind.

Our first model, Mavis, is one of four models we offer. It includes upcycled materials, a composting toilet, above-trailer gray water system, and omni directional climate control. With a total of 300 square feet and two lofts, it boasts all the bells and whistles and is priced at $68,500. We currently have one available for sale, so please contact us as soon as possible!

For the interior components of our tiny homes, we take pride in selecting high-quality materials for efficiency and durability. To ensure stability, we glue and screw each board together, and use closed-cell foam insulation that is eco-friendly. Additionally, ship-lap siding adds character and depth to the interior walls.

The exterior components of our tiny homes include vinyl and tempered windows that are road-worthy, LP Smart siding for added dimension, and Wakefield metal shingles for a complete package.
