Civic Works Tiny Homes are crafted on trailers for convenient mobility. These homes feature a cozy living area, a sleeping loft, a functional kitchen, and a bathroom, all within a footprint of less than 500 square feet. Choose from our five distinctive models and enjoy the flexibility to customize to your liking.

Our Tiny Homes are constructed by Baltimore City youth who are gaining valuable construction skills and working towards earning their GED through the esteemed YouthBuild program. Under the guidance of skilled professionals, these youth builders adhere to RVIA certification standards, ensuring easy and affordable financing and insurance options for your tiny home.
