To ensure superior strength, ArchTech buildings have a distinct design that sets them apart from traditional stud-frame buildings. The roof and wall are constructed as a single unit. This innovative approach reduces the required materials, making ArchTech building kits compact and lightweight. The parts are pre-cut and pre-built to snap and screw together without the need for measuring or cutting. You just have to ensure that the bottom plates are level and square, and the arch beams are plumb. Our framing uses 100% pressure-treated wood, covered with 29 and 26 gauge steel.

Interior walls are made of flexible, water-resistant, and tough materials that are lightweight. Surprisingly, the interior of a 12′ x 16′ ArchTech home is spacious and efficient, thanks to the arch beam design.

Our tiny houses are almost instant homes. They come pre-cut, pre-measured, and marked, making construction a breeze. The arch beam design simplifies the building process and enhances the strength of the structure. No previous construction experience is necessary, and two people can have the home from foundation to dried-in in a few hours. You only need a battery-powered screwdriver, a tape measure to square the bottom plates, a level to plumb the arch beams, and a hammer or nailer to attach the interior trim. Plumbing and wiring are installed without the need for cutting the frame.
