ABOUT US

At our core, we believe in the idea of living a tiny lifestyle that promotes financial independence and freedom, while reducing our environmental footprint. We strive to educate and empower people with the knowledge and resources needed to achieve this dream.

Looking to build your own tiny home? We offer both kits and shells to help make it happen. If you prefer us to build it for you, we’re happy to do that too! Need guidance on design, code, zoning, financing or insurance? Attend our classes, hands-on workshops, or consult with us to get expert advice on building and living tiny.

Our name, 121 Tiny Homes, pays homage to our home base in Bend, OR, located at longitude 121. But more than that, it reflects our commitment to providing personal attention to each customer throughout the entire process, from planning to delivery. While we primarily serve Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Montana and Utah, we’re always excited to hear about tiny house projects from all over.

WHAT SETS US APART

121 Tiny Homes is bonded, insured, and a proud member of the American Tiny House Association (ATHA). Our builds are certified by the National Organization of Alternative Housing (NOAH), and we comply with the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), specifically Appendix Q Tiny Houses. This means we can help you obtain a Certificate of Occupancy (COO) for your tiny house, and even build on a foundation if you’re interested in an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

We use steel as our primary building material, which is 25 times stronger and 40-60% lighter than wood. All of our builds take place indoors, so you can be assured of the quality and consistency of our work.

For those who are interested in doing some of the work themselves, we also offer kits and shells as an option.
