A Park Home is a larger version of a Tiny Home. Park Homes are roughly 399 sq. ft. excluding large area lofts, porches and decks. They have full size baths and appliances. Quality Park Model Homes are built according to strict building standards and best of all, NO property tax.
Vintage Grace is a gated community whose owners and residents are committed to a quality standard of living. Utilities such as city water and sewer, electricity, high speed internet, and telephone are underground. Irrigation water wells are available for gardening .
Unrestricted year round living enables residents to utilize their Park Home as a residence or as a get a way vacation home that is available without scheduling. Lower housing costs, maintenance, and no property taxes enables our residence to spend their time and money enjoying those things in life they really want to do.
Resident input is heavily encouraged, carefully considered and acted upon. While high standards and community rules guide us, Vintage Grace has NO HOA. Our amenities and services are specifically tailored to the desires of the community. Our Community Store is now open. Community Center Interior Build-out is currently in work. Our Community Garden and Green House will provide the community with fresh vegetables using hydroponics, aquaponics and traditional methods of farming.
