Our focus is on serving individuals who face financial, social, or institutional barriers to traditional housing options in Tallahassee. This includes people like veterans on fixed incomes who struggle to come up with the first and last month’s rent.

At The Dwellings, we offer a comprehensive program that all residents agree to participate in. We understand that simply providing shelter is not enough to end homelessness, which is why we provide on-site case management and access to communal services like laundry facilities, gathering spaces, and a dining hall. With over 130 low-carbon housing units, high-tech features, and a range of resources all in one location, we help our residents continue to grow and achieve success.
