We are small home designers, builders, advocates, and owners who are deeply passionate about the small house movement. As we live in and continually refine the same small homes we sell, we have a unique and practical perspective on what works and what doesn’t in a tiny living space. Our team of skilled builders has a combined experience of over 30 years in creative construction, and the individuals involved in designing your home are the same experts building it. This integrated design/build approach means that we will be there every step of the way, from the initial concept to the final finishing touches, to ensure that your small house dreams become a reality.

We specialize in designing and building custom small homes. If you have been dreaming, researching, sketching, and planning for a while and want to turn those dreams into reality, we can assist you in doing so. We can provide a rough estimate for free, but please note that full and detailed custom quotes take time, and we charge a nominal fee for a comprehensive custom quote.
