Park Homes, which are larger versions of Tiny Homes, are the centerpiece of Vintage Grace. With approximately 399 sq. ft. of living space (excluding lofts, porches, and decks), Park Homes feature full-sized baths and appliances. These high-quality homes are built to strict standards and, best of all, are not subject to property taxes.

Vintage Grace is a gated community with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of living. Utilities such as city water, sewer, electricity, high-speed internet, and telephone are all underground, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, irrigation water wells are available for gardening enthusiasts.

One of the unique features of Vintage Grace is unrestricted year-round living, allowing residents to use their Park Homes as their primary residence or as a vacation home without scheduling restrictions. Lower housing costs, minimal maintenance, and no property taxes afford our residents the opportunity to focus their time and resources on pursuing the things they truly enjoy in life.

At Vintage Grace, resident input is highly encouraged, carefully considered, and acted upon. While community rules and standards are in place, we have no Homeowners Association (HOA).
