With approximately 399 sq. ft. of living space (excluding lofts, porches, and decks), Park Homes feature full-sized baths and appliances. These high-quality homes are built to strict standards and, best of all, are not subject to property taxes.
Vintage Grace is a gated community with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of living. Utilities such as city water, sewer, electricity, high-speed internet, and telephone are all underground, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, irrigation water wells are available for gardening enthusiasts.
One of the unique features of Vintage Grace is unrestricted year-round living, allowing residents to use their Park Homes as their primary residence or as a vacation home without scheduling restrictions.
