Hello, I’m Kristopher Angstadt, the owner of Tiny House Building Company, LLC. As a Class A licensed contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia with over 20 years of experience building and renovating homes in the Fredericksburg area, I ventured into the world of Tiny Homes.

As a builder and in partnership with the best real estate agents in Virginia, we recognized the increasing demand for affordable housing, and I wanted to find a solution to this issue.

My team and I had been constructing single-family homes on small infill lots in the downtown Fredericksburg area. Many of these lots were only 14′-30′ wide, resulting in narrow and deep homes. That’s when it struck me – Tiny Houses are the answer to this problem.

In 2015, we built our first home – a 24′ “Pioneer” model. This home ignited a movement that is thriving to this day. For almost 5 years, we have been helping families achieve financial freedom and affordable tiny home ownership. The stories we hear from our clients are what inspire us to continue doing what we do.
