For a decade, we have been involved in designing, renovating, and constructing traditional homes. However, in 2016, we made a conscious decision to shift our focus towards building efficient and environmentally friendly tiny homes, drawing on the knowledge we have gained over the years. We take great pride in our meticulous attention to detail and the passion we pour into each and every project.

Our journey into home design began in 2006 when we made the decision to leave our jobs and home state, following our hearts. At that time, we were engaged and were constantly shuttling between Michigan and Texas until finally making Texas our permanent home in 2010. Since then, we, Alex and Marianne, have tied the knot and welcomed two little Texans into our lives.

In January 2016, we embarked on the construction of our very first tiny home, The Black Pearl, right in our own driveway. We took a leap of faith and the rest, as they say, is history. We believe that you only live once, so why not take the jump? The rewards can be life-changing.

• With over 10 years of experience in building traditional homes prior to focusing solely on tiny homes, we have a full-time crew working in our own climate-controlled warehouse. This means that your home will remain dry and clean throughout the entire build process, without weather delays.

• Lastly, we understand the intricacies of tiny living. Having lived in a 32-foot bumper pull RV with our two children, we have gained invaluable insights that we wish everyone could experience, even if only for a few months.
