Today, it is one of the most versatile manufacturing companies in the modular building and prefab modular buildings sector. Nashua’s first facility in Idaho was established in 1956 in Boise’s Gowen industrial park. The company was acquired by Ron Yanke, the Yanke family patriarch, in 1987, and moved to its present Federal Way location in 1988. In recent years, Nashua has provided the majority of man camps for extreme cold weather conditions in the Canadian and Alaskan oil industry. Nashua Builders’ capacity has forged a lasting partnership with Alta-Fab Structures, Ltd., providing quality industrial space, remote housing needs, and basecamps. Nashua’s markets include all modular lodging projects, commercial modular buildings, modular school buildings, prefab retirement homes, modular hospitals, prefabricated modular buildings, offices, and remote housing needs.
