Pricing

Our finished tiny homes vary in price, starting at $90,000 for a 24ft. home and increasing according to size and the fit and finish chosen. During the design phase, we typically work within your budget. We use high-quality materials and experienced craftsmanship to ensure that your tiny home is built to last for generations. We also offer financing options for those in need.

Commencement of construction

Once you have agreed to the pricing and signed a sales contract outlining the build process and any custom options, Movable Roots will provide you with a start date for the construction of your tiny home. Depending on the size and customization options selected, construction will typically take 2-3 months.

Start your tiny living

After we have completed the final walkthrough, we will arrange delivery and you will be living in your new, custom-built Movable Roots tiny home, with the satisfaction of knowing it was built with your needs in mind.
