Located in Lakeside, Arizona, LuxTiny specializes in designing and building luxury tiny homes for full-time living or vacation getaways. Our tiny homes range from 160 to 399 square feet, with the option for an additional guest home of up to 144 square feet!

Our prices vary depending on size, upgrades, and other considerations, with most homes starting at $59,000 and up. We also offer custom homes with unique features priced upwards of the low $100Ks.

LuxTiny Community

At LuxTiny Tiny Home Community, our focus is on creating a White Mountain green community that offers affordable primary residences or vacation homes. Our plans include a large walking path and community garden spanning the entire 6-acre length of the community, providing a serene and picturesque getaway within our already stunning location.

We encourage green initiatives such as greenhouses, solar panels, chicken coops, and other environmentally-friendly features in our community. Our goal is to have several net-zero cabins in the community!

To provide more space and comfort, we have downsized the initial 50 spaces to only 41, with an average size of over 3500 square feet per property. This is something you won’t find anywhere else!
