For more than five decades, Lebanon Valley Modular Homes has been offering reasonably priced housing options. Its founder, Dale Yingst, who is still involved in the business, started selling manufactured homes with his brother after coming back from serving in the Korean War. Dale established his own business in 1963 and has been selling the most cost-effective housing solutions ever since. Currently, the company has expanded to include three sales representatives, each with more than 100 years of industry know-how, as well as a fully-staffed service team, a licensed mortgage loan originator, a licensed insurance agent, a notary, and a full-service transportation and excavation department.
