We are thrilled to announce plans for three distinct tiny home communities on our expansive 34-acre property in Newport, Tennessee! These three communities consist of a secluded forest, a friendly “beach,” and an open prairie. We require a minimum of 30 individuals committed to a single community in order for it to be built!
