Our family-owned and operated business, Hilltop Structures LLC, is situated in the beautiful Cumberland Furnace town of Dickson County, Tennessee. We specialize in constructing modular cabins, horse barns, and sheds that are licensed for Tennessee state, and park model RV cabins available for customers across the entire United States.

Our primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service by understanding the unique needs of each client. Our Amish Mennonite family has been a part of this community for several years and enjoys being an asset to the community and building a lasting relationship with our clients.

We also take pride in giving back to the community by volunteering in local disaster relief efforts and being involved in starting small churches like the one in Waverly, TN.

All our pre-built cabins and structures are constructed in our turnkey modular factory and meet the state of Tennessee’s licensing requirements. We display our products at our showroom in Cumberland Furnace and also offer financing options for our clients.
