Centennial Village

In 2016, a new community vision began to emerge in Alamogordo, NM. Tommie Herrell was determined to create a safe, affordable, all-adult tiny home village. With the support of his partners, the project took off, and today, all 50 lots are occupied with charming homes, a beautiful clubhouse, and an active community offering plenty of activities.

The monthly lot rental is $380, which includes water, sewer, garbage, an 8×8 shed, a one-car carport, and monthly social events. Our gated community features an on-site manager and a full-time groundskeeper, and we’re conveniently located within walking distance of the senior center.
