Whether you’re looking for an efficient weekend getaway, hunting/fishing lodge, rental cabins, or even affordable full-time living (where allowed,) Campfire Homes can provide you with customized housing solutions, whether your needs are tiny, small, or traditional-sized. Browse through our site to learn more about us and tiny houses and please contact us if you have questions.
When we purchased Muddy Creek Manufaacturing, our original intent was to operate it separately, but for simplicity, we’ve decided to merge its operations into Campfire. The picture on the left is of a log park model made by MCM last year and is a style we will offer. We also plan to offer more traditional styles such as board and batten or even vinyl siding.
We’re working to transfer the RVIA membership and get our dealer’s license in place to make all our homes a “Campfire” home.
With towable models, each 8.5′ wide and ranging in length from 20′ to 32′, there is a tiny house to fit almost anyone’s needs. Efficient use of interior space maximizes utility. Larger models (24′ and up) can have main level bedrooms and all models have optional end porches. A choice of roof colors and various upgrades (such as LEDs, skylights, in-ceiling speakers, smart home features, and mini-split HVAC) allow you to further customize your home. You can almost think of it as a “Sport Utility House.”
Want something larger and more permanent? How about a 400sf park model? How about a modular home that is approved for permanent residence? Check out our Designs page for some larger floor plans that make great getaway cabins or even a full-time home.
Note that if you don’t care about mobility of your home, we can site-build your tiny, or even “small”, house on your property. You will gain headroom and a bit more interior space. And because we build to traditional housing standards, your site-built house will be legal for permanent residence.
