We have been working hard to develop all-steel Modular Homes and you can see one of our 480 sq ft model homes being constructed in Kauai in the slideshow above. Although a heavy crane was used on that job, it’s not necessary for your build. Our product is fully approved, and we are hoping to get our 480 sq ft home pre-approved in Hawaii County soon. Our modular homes are fast and cost-effective to build and are built with high-quality, durable materials. Our steel frames bolt together and exceed all building codes in Hawaii. Wall panels are closed cell polyurethane foam with insulation r-values that meet Oahu’s tough r13 code requirement, and exterior walls are flat steel that are hot dipped in galv-alum and electrostatically painted with silicone polyester paint. We use locally sourced roof trusses, which are available in wood or galvanized steel.

To get started, you can choose from one of our designs or create your own, and we will work with you to determine the foundation, windload, and seismic requirements. We can also determine the drafting and permitting process and offer you a pre-approved home, which can be built quickly. Once the building permit is issued, it’s time to break ground on your foundation, and our team can either assist you or do the work for you. You will slip in and secure all wall panels, and the electrical system is inside the wall panels and flush mounted, making it easier and faster than in conventional stick homes. The plumber and electrician will do their work, and you can install your appliances, built-ins, and other fixtures.
